Boulder Language Technologies

Ron Cole is the President of Boulder Language Technologies.  He founded BLT in February, 2007, with Wayne Ward to conduct basic and applied research leading to a new generation of computer programs that enable people to interact with computers through completely natural spoken dialogs. He  has studied speech recognition by human and machine for the past thirty years, and has published over 150 articles in scientific journals and published conference proceedings.

Wayne Ward is Boulder Language Technologies' Chief Financial Officer.  He founded BLT with Ron Cole, President, in February 2007.  He is also the Principle Research Scientist at BLT and conducts research projects to advance the technology for engaging in natural dialogues with computers to perform useful tasks.

Toni Cox has been the Grants Administrator and Controller for Boulder Language Technologies since September 2007.  She is responsible for maintain Grant Compliance, Reporting, and Budgeting.  She graduated from Regis University with a Bachelors Degree is Accounting and Business Administration.  She is also currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Accounting.

Toni lives in Berthoud, CO with her husband and five children.  She spends her free time attending concerts, sporting events, and volunteering for a number of community school organizations.  Toni also serves as the VP of Communication on the Boulder Valley Chapter of the Institute of Management Accounts.

Nick graduated from the University of Iowa with a Degree in History and a minor in Business Administration.  He relocated to Colorado in October of 2008 and is loving it.   Nick has been working for Boulder Language Technologies since November of 2008 as a tutor and Office Manager beginning in March 2009.
